It is time for our Summer unit to begin! We will be talking about all the fun parts of summer for the next two weeks! Please ask your child all about their interesting discoveries. They are sure to be excited!
The Pooh Bears and Care Bears had a great time this past week making their own lunches and picnicking outside in the beautiful sunshine. It was such a great way to wrap up our "All About Me" unit.
Graduation was great today! Thank you to all of the families that were able to participate in all the festivities. Thank you for letting us be a part of your child's preschool foundation. It has been such a wonderful experience for all of us. Congratulations to all of our graduates: Taylor Bean, Summer Casteel, Sarah Cooper, Jordan Davis, Jon Farley, Jackson Kiker, Kendal Kyle, Brooks Nail, Hunter Newlun, Tori Pearson, Hannah Sanders, and Madison Tindall. We wish you all the best and know that you will all be a joy to your kindergarten teachers.

Be sure to click on our calendar link so you can be prepared for each day's field trip. Monday is pizza day, but the rest of the week your child needs to bring a lunch. We will have a refrigerator in the school age room to keep everything nice and fresh. We are going to have a great summer! We can't wait to get started!

We are now beginning our All About Me unit. We will be talking about all the things that make us different. We will need a baby picture of your child, which we will be returning. There will not be too much art sent home over the next few weeks. Their teachers will be keeping it to send home in their books.
Thank you to all the Care Bear mothers that came to out tea. It was beautiful and they were so proud of all their hard work.
Care Bear Graduation will be on May 30th, for those who will be heading on to kindergarten.

This is our last week to talk about animals. If anyone has a pet they would like to share, please let me know and we will set up a good time for everyone to enjoy your child's pet. All pets must be accompanied by an adult. Thank you!
Care Bear Parents - This Friday, May 9th is our Mother's Day Tea! It begins at 10:30! The Carebears are so excited and they have worked so hard to prepare!
